We organize publicly available information about government databases, public-records procedures, and source-access methods. We are not a private investigator, a data broker, a law firm, or a consumer reporting agency.

You may use this service for personal research, education, and self-inquiry. You may not use it to make or support decisions about employment, tenant screening, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, or eligibility — uses that may be regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other laws.

Soft Launch Access
The directory and guided workspace are currently offered without a checkout wall during soft launch. If paid products are introduced later, the applicable pricing, renewal, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date below.
