Is the directory really free?

Yes. During soft launch, the ZIP lookup, county directory, code translator, and browser-local case file are free to use.

What happens to my case file?

It stays in your browser. Browser-local storage is not deleted unless you clear your cache. Cloud sync is not part of the soft launch.

Can I request a county or correction?

Yes. Use the contact form for broken URLs, outdated portals, missing counties, or notes from real searches.

Is this legal?

Public records can be accessed directly from government sources, but what you do with them matters. Get Receipts is for personal research and education only, not employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, or other regulated decisions.
